Agreement for an offering
A service agreement is formed when Pelmari Learning accepts a valid order or confirms a written scope. The agreement includes these Terms, the program or service description, price, delivery format, stated access period, scheduled dates, included materials, and any written terms supplied before purchase.
If an order confirmation contains a clear program-specific term that conflicts with this general document, the program-specific term controls for that order. A learner should save the description and confirmation for reference.
Available service types
Offerings may include a self-paced introductory course, professional skills course, advanced multi-module program, live online workshop, small group training, individual learning session, course and materials package, or guided multi-week program. Each type has a different level of scheduling, interaction, assignments, materials, and feedback.
No feature is included merely because it appears in another offering. Instructor access, live sessions, reviews of assignments, downloads, templates, recordings, certificates, or continuing access are included only when the specific description says so.
Enrollment and order review
The purchaser must review the subject, level, format, price, schedule, prerequisites, technology needs, and access terms before paying. Pelmari Learning may request reasonable information needed to determine scheduling, group size, or whether the proposed learning goal is within the announced scope.
An automated receipt is not necessarily confirmation that a live date or customized component is available. Where scheduling is required, enrollment becomes final when the date or service scope is confirmed. If Pelmari Learning cannot accept an order, the affected amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout or according to a written invoice. Taxes, if required, may be added. The purchaser authorizes the selected processor to charge the displayed total and represents that the payment method is authorized.
Offerings are sold as one-time purchases. No recurring charge will be created unless a separate recurring arrangement, amount, interval, cancellation method, and consent are clearly presented before authorization. Additional payment terms appear in the Payment Policy.
Learner responsibilities
The learner must use accurate account details, meet stated prerequisites, maintain a compatible device and reliable internet connection, protect credentials, observe session etiquette, complete their own work where required, and participate lawfully and respectfully. The learner is responsible for allocating sufficient time and deciding how to apply educational information.
Questions and support requests should identify the relevant order or program without including unnecessary sensitive information. A learner should retain copies of their own assignments and downloads because platform access may end after the stated period.
Self-paced courses and materials
Self-paced access begins at the time stated in the order or when access credentials are issued. Lessons, exercises, and downloads are provided for the stated access period. “Self-paced” does not mean permanent access unless the description expressly says that access is permanent.
Downloadable materials are licensed for the enrolled learner's personal educational use. They may not be shared with colleagues, posted publicly, resold, repackaged, or used to deliver training to others without written permission.
Live, individual, and group sessions
Scheduled sessions use the time zone stated in the confirmation. The participant must join through the provided platform at the scheduled time and is responsible for local time conversion, compatible equipment, and a suitable environment. Late arrival may reduce available session time.
A session may not be recorded by a participant without advance written permission and all legally required consents. Pelmari Learning will disclose in advance if it intends to record a session. Group participants must respect the confidentiality and rights of other participants, although absolute confidentiality in a group setting cannot be guaranteed.
Instructor feedback and assignments
Feedback is educational guidance, not a promise of a particular result. It is provided only in an offering that expressly includes feedback and within the stated number, format, and time period. Work submitted outside the scope, after the deadline, or in an unsupported format may not be reviewed.
The learner retains ownership of original material they submit, but grants Pelmari Learning a limited permission to access, reproduce internally, and annotate it as necessary to deliver the purchased service. No learner work will be publicly used as an example without separate permission.
Changes and substitutions
Pelmari Learning may make reasonable nonmaterial changes to lesson order, supporting resources, platform, or instructor assignment when needed to deliver the subject effectively. A material change to scheduled dates, core scope, or paid access will be communicated, and an appropriate reschedule, credit, alternative, or refund will be offered where required.
Curriculum and references may be updated over time. A learner is entitled to the version and scope associated with the applicable order, not every future course update, unless ongoing updates were expressly included.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling requests are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any different written term displayed before purchase. Because immediate digital access and reserved live time have different cost structures, eligibility may depend on whether access was used, a download occurred, or a scheduled session is approaching.
Access suspension or removal
Access may be suspended for payment reversal, credential sharing, unlawful activity, harassment, disruption, security risk, infringement, or other material breach. When reasonably possible, the learner will receive notice and an opportunity to correct a curable issue. Serious, repeated, unlawful, or dangerous conduct may result in immediate removal.
Suspension caused by the learner's material breach does not automatically create refund eligibility. Any mandatory consumer remedy remains unaffected.
Educational limitations
Services provide education and general skill development. They are not legal, medical, mental-health, tax, investment, employment, or regulated professional advice. Pelmari Learning does not guarantee employment, income, promotion, admission, certification, licensure, academic credit, continuing-education credit, or mastery.
The learner is responsible for evaluating information, obtaining any required professional advice, and confirming the requirements of an employer, school, licensing body, or other institution before relying on an offering for a specific purpose.
Intellectual property and license
Course and program materials remain the property of Pelmari Learning or the identified rights holder. Payment grants a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for the enrolled learner to use the materials for personal learning during the applicable access period. No commercial reuse or distribution is granted.
Service availability and force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as widespread platform failure, utility outage, natural disaster, government action, serious illness, labor disruption, or communications failure. The affected party should provide notice when practical and take reasonable steps to resume performance.
If a material paid service cannot be delivered within a reasonable period, Pelmari Learning will provide an appropriate alternative, credit, reschedule, or refund for the undelivered portion as required by law and the applicable policy.
Liability and dispute resolution
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising directly from an offering will not exceed the amount paid for that offering, and neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential loss. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited. The laws of Colorado govern, and the parties are encouraged to attempt direct written resolution before court proceedings.
Entire agreement and changes
The documents identified in Section 1 are the entire agreement for the offering and replace prior statements about that order. Changes to an accepted scope must be in writing. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Updated Terms apply prospectively from the stated date and will not remove an existing learner's earned rights without lawful notice.
