Us

Choose the relevant subject so the request can be understood and routed appropriately. Do not send passwords, security codes, complete payment-card numbers, or unnecessary health or identity information.

01

Programs and enrollment

Identify the offering, preferred format, intended subject, and any scheduling question. Suitability can be discussed, but no outcome or third-party recognition can be guaranteed.

02

Course access

Include the order email, offering name, device, browser, and a description of the access problem. Do not provide a password.

03

Billing and refunds

Include the purchaser's name, order reference, transaction date, amount, and requested resolution. Do not send full card details.

04

Privacy requests

Describe the right or information involved. Reasonable identity verification may be required before personal information is disclosed or changed.

05

Accessibility

Identify the page, material, task, barrier, device or assistive technology, and the preferred practical alternative.

06

Legal notices

Clearly identify the sender, authority, subject, relevant dates, and requested action. Delivery does not mean a claim or interpretation is accepted.

01 / COMPLETE INFORMATION

What to include

A clear message should identify the sender, the relevant course or service, and the action being requested. For an existing order, include the purchaser's name, the email used at checkout, the offering name, and the order reference if available. For a scheduled session, include the confirmed date and time zone. Accurate details reduce the need for follow-up questions.

Do not send an account password, one-time security code, full payment-card number, banking credential, medical record, government identification document, or other sensitive information unless Pelmari Learning specifically confirms that it is necessary and provides an appropriate method.

02 / ROUTING

How a message is reviewed

A message may be reviewed and routed according to its subject. Program questions may require comparison with the published scope. Access problems may require platform or device information. Billing questions may require transaction records. Privacy requests may require reasonable identity verification before information is disclosed, corrected, or deleted.

Sending a message does not automatically approve an enrollment, reserve a live-session date, extend course access, grant a refund, accept a legal claim, or amend an existing agreement. A change is effective only when Pelmari Learning provides the applicable written confirmation.

03 / RESPONSE

Response expectations

Pelmari Learning will make reasonable efforts to review complete messages. The time required depends on the type of request, available records, identity verification, third-party platform involvement, instructor scheduling, and legal requirements. No fixed response time is promised by this page.

If an issue is time-sensitive, state the relevant deadline and reason clearly. Repeated duplicate messages can slow review. A follow-up should refer to the original message and add any missing information instead of creating several unrelated requests.

04 / SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Protecting information

Ordinary email and telephone communication may not be suitable for highly sensitive data. Pelmari Learning may ask a requester to use a platform account, payment-provider process, or another reasonable verification method. Identity checks are intended to protect the learner and will be limited to information reasonably relevant to the request.

Contact records may be retained for service delivery, order administration, security, financial records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Details about information handling and available rights appear in the Privacy Policy.

05 / URGENT MATTERS

No emergency service

Pelmari Learning provides education and general learning support. Its contact channels are not monitored as emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or public-safety services. A person facing an immediate danger or urgent professional deadline should contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional rather than wait for a response.

A course or instructor communication does not create a regulated professional relationship and should not be used as a substitute for individualized high-stakes advice.

06 / RECORDS AND NOTICES

Keeping a useful record

A purchaser should retain order confirmations, invoices, access notices, scheduling confirmations, and relevant correspondence. These records help identify the terms that applied at purchase. Pelmari Learning may also maintain reasonable business records under its Privacy Policy.

A formal legal notice should identify its legal basis, sender's authority, relevant agreement, and requested action. Delivery to an address listed here does not waive any defense, jurisdictional requirement, service requirement, or other legal right.
