Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to self-paced courses, online modules, videos, audio, assignments, study guides, exercises, templates, reference materials, virtual workshops, group training resources, individual-session materials, and guided learning content made available by Pelmari Learning.

The applicable offering description and order confirmation identify the actual content, schedule, access period, downloads, instructor interaction, and feedback included. A feature described for one service is not automatically included in another.

When access begins

Access begins when the learner receives functioning credentials, a platform invitation, download instructions, or another notice that the purchased digital content is available, unless the order states a future start date. Delivery may depend on successful payment, completion of required account information, and confirmation of any scheduled component.

The learner should test access promptly and report a material issue without delay. A delay caused by incomplete or inaccurate contact information may not extend an access period unless Pelmari Learning agrees otherwise.

Access duration

The duration stated in the program description, checkout, or order confirmation controls. If an offering is described as available for a fixed number of days, weeks, or months, access ends at the close of that period. If no period appears, the learner should request clarification before purchase.

Terms such as “self-paced” describe the learner's ability to move through content independently; they do not promise lifetime or permanent access. Continued availability depends on the purchased term, platform operation, legal rights, and compliance with these policies.

Accounts and credentials

Access credentials are personal to the enrolled learner. The learner may not share a password, invitation link, account, one-time code, or restricted file with another person. A group purchase grants access only to the approved number and identity of participants stated in the order.

Pelmari Learning may require a password reset, verification step, or account update to protect access. The learner should use a unique password and promptly report suspected misuse. Activity that indicates credential sharing may lead to temporary suspension while the account is reviewed.

Personal-use license

Payment grants the enrolled learner a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the included materials for personal educational purposes during the applicable term. Ownership and all rights not expressly granted remain with Pelmari Learning or the identified third-party rights holder.

The learner may make a reasonable personal backup of a permitted download but may not publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, broadcast, publicly display, translate for distribution, remove rights notices, create a competing resource, or provide the materials as training to another person or organization without written authorization.

Downloadable materials

A download is included only where the offering says so. Streaming or browser-based content may not be copied merely because it can be viewed. A permitted download may remain usable after course access ends, subject to the personal-use license, unless the file or order states a shorter term.

The learner is responsible for storing permitted downloads safely. Pelmari Learning does not guarantee that a download link will remain available after the access term, and it may not be possible to replace a file indefinitely after the course or platform changes.

Live and scheduled components

Virtual sessions require the learner to use the stated platform at the confirmed date and time. The learner is responsible for local time conversion, a suitable device, audio and video controls, internet access, and a setting appropriate for participation. Platform instructions should be tested before the session.

A live session is not automatically recorded. If Pelmari Learning proposes recording, participants will receive appropriate notice and any required consent request. A participant may not record, transcribe, rebroadcast, or screen-capture private session content or another participant without prior authorization.

Technical requirements

Typical access may require a current browser, enabled scripts and cookies necessary for account functions, a stable internet connection, an email account, PDF or document-viewing software, and audio or video capability for live services. Program-specific requirements control where stated.

Unsupported legacy devices, blocked workplace networks, local firewalls, insufficient storage, third-party extensions, or regional restrictions can affect use. The learner should confirm compatibility before purchase. Reasonable support may be offered, but Pelmari Learning is not responsible for maintaining a learner's device or network.

Updates and corrections

Course content may be corrected, reorganized, or updated to improve accuracy, usability, or platform compatibility. Reasonable updates that preserve the purchased subject and scope do not create a right to a refund. A current learner may receive an updated version where the platform and access term allow.

A purchase does not include every future version, newly added module, or future program unless ongoing updates were expressly part of the offering. Material errors reported by learners will be reviewed and may be corrected or supplemented.

Accessibility and alternative access

Pelmari Learning aims to provide learning content in usable formats and to consider reasonable accessibility requests. A learner who encounters a barrier should identify the offering, content, device or assistive technology, and the task that cannot be completed. Pelmari Learning will assess a reasonable alternative within the available resources and technical constraints.

No statement in this Policy is a certification that every third-party platform or historical file conforms to a particular technical standard. Additional information appears in the Accessibility Statement.

Prohibited technical activity

A learner may not bypass access limits, scrape or bulk-copy restricted content, probe a system without authorization, inject malicious code, defeat digital rights controls, interfere with another learner, use automation to simulate participation, or access materials through credentials not issued to that learner.

Pelmari Learning may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant records, limit access, and notify an affected platform or authority where appropriate. A serious or repeated breach may lead to termination without a refund, subject to mandatory law.

Suspension, expiration, and termination

Access ends when the stated term expires. It may also be suspended or terminated for payment reversal, security risk, unlawful activity, credential sharing, infringement, harassment, or material violation of applicable terms. When practical and appropriate, notice and an opportunity to correct a curable issue will be provided.

Upon expiration or termination, the learner must stop accessing restricted content and delete any copy not covered by a continuing download license. Terms concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, payment, liability, and dispute resolution survive as applicable.

Platform interruption or discontinuation

Temporary maintenance or third-party outages may occur. Pelmari Learning may use reasonable alternatives such as restored access, an extension, replacement link, rescheduled session, or equivalent delivery method. If a material paid component is permanently unavailable and cannot reasonably be replaced, the learner may receive a proportional refund or other remedy required by law.

Refund relationship

Digital delivery affects refund eligibility because content may be immediately accessed or downloaded. The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains default time limits and conditions. Nothing in this Policy limits a remedy that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
