01

General educational purpose

Pelmari Learning provides online courses, instructor-led sessions, workshops, study materials, structured programs, and general educational resources. Content is intended to help learners understand a subject, practice relevant skills, and organize continued learning.

Content is not individualized professional advice merely because a learner applies it to a personal or workplace situation. A learner remains responsible for evaluating relevance, confirming facts, and deciding whether qualified advice is needed.

02

No guaranteed outcome

Enrollment, attendance, completion, feedback, or access to materials does not guarantee mastery, improvement at a particular rate, employment, promotion, business results, admission, income, grades, examination results, licensing, certification, or any other outcome.

Results vary according to prior knowledge, effort, attendance, practice, circumstances, technology, changes in external requirements, and decisions outside Pelmari Learning's control. Descriptions of learning objectives explain the intended subject and activities, not a promise that every learner will achieve the objective.

03

No accreditation or academic credit

Unless an offering expressly states otherwise in writing, Pelmari Learning is not presenting the offering as an accredited degree program, college or university course, vocational license, professional certification, academic credit, or continuing-education credit approved by a licensing body.

A learner who needs credit, a prerequisite, employer approval, reimbursement eligibility, continuing-education units, or recognition by another institution must obtain written confirmation from that institution before purchase. Pelmari Learning cannot control whether a third party accepts an offering.

04

No professional-client relationship

Educational content does not create an attorney-client, physician-patient, therapist-client, accountant-client, financial-adviser, employment-agency, or other regulated professional relationship. General examples and exercises are not substitutes for advice from a qualified professional who has evaluated the learner's actual facts.

A person facing a legal deadline, medical concern, mental-health crisis, tax issue, investment decision, safety issue, regulated compliance question, or other high-stakes matter should consult an appropriately licensed professional or relevant emergency service.

05

Professional and workplace skills

A professional skills course can support communication, organization, planning, research, or other practical development within its stated curriculum. It does not guarantee suitability for a job, compliance with an employer's procedures, or competence under an industry license.

Employers, regulators, clients, and professional bodies may use different standards. Learners should compare course content with the current requirements applicable to their role and location and should follow workplace policies and lawful instructions.

06

Examples, exercises, and templates

Scenarios and examples may be simplified for teaching and may not cover every exception or consequence. A template is a starting structure and should be reviewed and adapted before real-world use. Names and situations used in exercises may be fictional or generalized unless a source is identified.

Completing an exercise does not verify that the learner can safely or lawfully perform the same activity in every context. The learner should use appropriate supervision, professional review, or organizational approval where needed.

07

Accuracy and changing information

Reasonable efforts may be made to prepare useful and accurate materials as of their development date, but laws, standards, software, research, terminology, and accepted practices can change. Pelmari Learning does not warrant that every resource is complete, current, or applicable to every jurisdiction.

A learner should check the publication or update date and consult authoritative current sources before relying on time-sensitive information. Reported material errors will be reviewed and may be corrected, clarified, or supplemented.

08

Third-party resources

An offering may refer to books, articles, websites, software, studies, or tools created by others. A reference is provided for educational convenience and does not necessarily endorse the provider, guarantee accuracy, or promise continued availability.

Third-party resources may have separate fees, licenses, privacy practices, accessibility characteristics, and usage terms. The learner is responsible for reviewing those terms before use.

09

Technology and artificial intelligence

If a course discusses or uses digital or artificial-intelligence tools, outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular use. Learners should independently review output, protect confidential information, respect intellectual property, and follow applicable workplace and legal rules.

No technology tool should be treated as a substitute for qualified professional judgment in a regulated or high-risk context. Pelmari Learning does not guarantee the availability or behavior of an external tool.

10

Health, safety, and personal circumstances

A learner should participate within their own capabilities and seek appropriate assistance if an activity creates a health, safety, accessibility, or emotional concern. The learner should not disclose highly sensitive personal information in a group, assignment, or general support message unless it is necessary and an appropriate secure method has been confirmed.

11

Feedback and instructor statements

Instructor feedback reflects educational judgment within the purchased scope. It is not an official assessment for an employer, regulator, school, or licensing body unless the offering expressly provides that function. A response to one learner should not be assumed to apply to another person's circumstances.

12

Learner responsibility

The learner is responsible for selecting a suitable level and format, meeting prerequisites, participating, completing independent practice, asking questions within the available scope, and deciding how to apply information. The learner should retain their own records and obtain external verification where a decision has significant consequences.

13

Reviews and testimonials

Pelmari Learning opened on September 11, 2026. The website does not publish invented testimonials or imply an established performance history. Any future learner review should reflect a real completed experience, be submitted voluntarily, and be verified before publication.

A review describes one person's experience and is not a guarantee that another learner will have the same result. Any material connection, incentive, or editing that requires disclosure should be identified.

14

Questions about suitability

Before purchase, a prospective learner may ask about subject, level, format, included materials, schedule, access, and prerequisites. Pelmari Learning can describe the offering but cannot guarantee acceptance by a third party or determine every learner's personal, professional, or regulatory needs.
