How this Policy works
Different offerings involve different commitments. Immediate digital access can make content available at once, while a live or guided program reserves instructor time and scheduling capacity. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the type of offering, whether access or downloads were used, whether a session was reserved, and when the request was received.
The person requesting a cancellation must be the purchaser or be authorized to act for the purchaser. Requests should identify the purchaser, order, offering, and reason, and should not contain payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Digital and self-paced courses
Unless a different term is stated before purchase, a purchaser may request cancellation within seven calendar days after purchase if the learner has not materially used the course and has not accessed or downloaded a substantial portion of included resources. Access records may be reviewed to determine eligibility.
Once a learner has materially progressed through course content or used downloadable materials, the purchase is generally nonrefundable because the digital service has been delivered. This does not affect a remedy required for duplicate payment, material misdescription, defective access that Pelmari Learning cannot correct, or another right that cannot be waived.
Course + Learning Materials Package
A package may be cancelled under the digital-course rule above only if the course has not been materially used and the downloadable study guides, exercises, templates, or references have not been accessed or downloaded. Once a material is downloaded or made available in a form that cannot reasonably be recalled, the value of that digital component is generally nonrefundable.
If only part of a package is defective or unavailable, Pelmari Learning may first provide replacement access, a corrected file, or another reasonable remedy. A partial refund may be offered for an undelivered component when correction is not reasonably possible.
Live Online Workshop
A purchaser may request one reschedule or a refund by giving notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time, unless the confirmation states a different deadline. A request received less than 48 hours before the start is not guaranteed a refund because the place and instructor time have been reserved.
If the workshop permits a substitute participant and Pelmari Learning approves the substitution in writing before the session, the purchaser may transfer the place once. A missed workshop or failure to join because of the participant's local time conversion, device, or connection does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Individual Learning Session
An individual session may be rescheduled once without charge when notice is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. If eligible, the new time must be selected from available dates. Cancellation within that period may qualify for a refund to the original payment method.
Less than 48 hours' notice, late arrival, or nonattendance may result in loss of the session fee. Pelmari Learning may choose to offer a courtesy reschedule based on circumstances and availability, but a courtesy in one instance does not change this Policy.
Small Group Training Program
Before the first scheduled session and before digital materials are accessed, the purchaser may request cancellation under the deadline in the written confirmation. Because group training reserves multiple session times and may be prepared for a defined group, the confirmation may include a deposit, minimum notice period, participant limit, or customized cancellation schedule.
After the program begins, completed sessions and delivered materials are nonrefundable. If a cancellation is accepted, any refund is limited to the undelivered portion after subtracting amounts for completed work and any expressly disclosed nonrecoverable preparation cost.
Advanced and Guided Learning Programs
A multi-module or multi-week program may be cancelled before the first module is accessed and before the first live component begins, subject to any specific written deadline. After the program starts, a full refund is generally unavailable because access, planning, materials, and scheduled support may already have been delivered or reserved.
If Pelmari Learning approves an early withdrawal, it may calculate a proportional refund for wholly undelivered components, less the value of accessed modules, downloads, completed sessions, reviewed assignments, and disclosed administrative or preparation costs. A learner's schedule change or decision not to continue does not by itself require a refund after delivery begins.
Changes or cancellation by Pelmari Learning
If Pelmari Learning cancels a live session or program component, the purchaser may be offered a reasonable reschedule, replacement instructor, equivalent alternative, account credit, or refund for the affected undelivered component. The purchaser may reject a materially different alternative and request the applicable refund.
If an instructor or platform issue causes a short interruption, reasonable efforts may first be made to restore access or reschedule. A full refund is not required for a minor issue that is corrected within a reasonable time and does not materially reduce the purchased service.
Technical access issues
A learner experiencing a technical problem should report it promptly with the course or order name, a description of the issue, device and browser information, and a screenshot if appropriate. The learner should not include passwords or full payment-card information.
Pelmari Learning may provide troubleshooting, a replacement file, extended access, or another reasonable correction. A refund may be considered when a verified material defect prevents use and cannot be corrected. Problems caused solely by an unsupported device, inadequate internet connection, blocked local network, forgotten credentials, or refusal to follow reasonable troubleshooting steps do not automatically qualify.
Refund method and timing
An approved refund is issued to the original payment method unless law or the processor requires another method. Banks and payment processors control the time needed for funds to appear after the refund is initiated. Original currency conversion differences, bank charges, or card-issuer fees may not be recoverable by Pelmari Learning.
If the original method is no longer available, the purchaser may be asked for reasonable verification before an alternative is considered. Pelmari Learning will not request a full card number by ordinary email.
Credits and promotional purchases
A credit is not cash, is not transferable unless expressly stated, and must be used within the period written in the credit notice. If no period is stated, the purchaser should request clarification before accepting a credit instead of a refund.
A refund for a discounted purchase is based on the amount actually paid. A bundle refund may reflect the ordinary value of components already delivered. A free resource, complimentary session, or promotional bonus has no separate cash refund value unless required by law.
Chargebacks and unresolved concerns
A purchaser should contact Pelmari Learning before initiating a payment dispute so the order, access record, and requested remedy can be reviewed. This does not restrict a legal right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge. Knowingly making a false chargeback claim may result in suspension of related access and submission of accurate transaction records to the payment provider.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Send the request to the email below and include the purchaser's full name, email used for the order, order reference if available, offering name, and requested resolution. The effective request time is when the complete request is received. Eligibility will be evaluated under the terms in effect for that order.
